Delivery
Orders arrive in 8 to 12 days. Our garments are made and dispatched by our manufacturing partner in Asia and sent straight to you — that's why it isn't two days, and why we'd rather say so than promise otherwise.
Any duties or import taxes are covered by us. Nothing to pay at the door. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
- Orders over £60 — free delivery.
- Under £60 — £3.95.
Changed your mind? Within 14 days
You have a statutory right under UK and Irish consumer law to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason at all. Two options, and the choice is entirely yours:
- A full refund to your card — the original payment method, including standard delivery. Processed within 14 days.
- Or a credit note with 15% added (up to £20), if you'd rather spend it with us.
Still not right? Up to 30 days
After the first 14 days we still look after you, even though we're not obliged to:
- A free size exchange — wrong fit, we'll sort you the right size at no cost.
- Or a credit note with 15% added (up to £20).
Items should be unworn, unwashed and with tags on. Try them at home as you would in a shop.
Getting the size right first time
Before you order, use the size finder on the product page. It takes your waist and hip measurements and tells you which size to take. Every measurement we publish is taken from the garment laid flat — nothing rounded, nothing idealised.
Faulty or wrong item
Tell us and we'll sort it, whatever it takes. That's on us, not you, and it doesn't come out of your 30 days.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email hello@unfussd.com with your order number and what's wrong.
- We'll reply within one working day with what happens next.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us agreeing the return.
