Will they be see-through?

We tell you on every product page, in plain words. Not "opaque" as a marketing term — whether you can actually see through it when you bend over. If we say opaque, we've checked.

How do I know my size?

Every product lists the height and size of each model, plus flat measurements in centimetres for every size. Compare with something you already own. Full detail on the size guide.

What if the size is wrong?

We swap it free. Not a discount, not a credit note — we send you the right size and a prepaid label for the wrong one.

Where do you ship from?

The UK. 2–4 working days, tracked. No customs surprises.

Do you do returns?

30 days, refunded to your original payment method. Not a gift card.

Will the waistband roll down?

That's the fault we set out to fix, so no — and if it does on yours, tell us and we'll sort it. A wide, high waistband that doesn't roll or dig is the point of the whole thing.

Do they hold up in the wash?

Wash cold, inside out, no fabric softener, and hang or line dry. Follow that and they keep their shape and colour.

Is this gym wear?

You can train in it. But it's made for the rest of the day — work, errands, home. No performance jargon, no gym required.
